The draft of Land Law (Revised) need more to stick to practice as after enacted it can be into life easily and conveniently. One of the important objectives of this amendment is to address shortcomings in the land allocation of the State and the rights of the people, ensuring flexibility for investment projects to encourage and attract investment in projects of social-economic development.
