Changing the border of kidney: Se 75 percent, Sp 36.4 percent. Mass with capsular: Se 87.5 percent, Sp 72.7 percent. Central necrosis, and hemorrhage: Se 87.5 percent, Sp 54.5 percent. Calcification: Se 87.5 percent, Sp 72.7 percent. Destroy of renal capsule: Se 77.8 percent, Sp 80.0 percent. Enhanced with contrast material: Se 75 percent, Sp 36.4 percent. Chosen or = 5/6 signs (+) Se 71.87 percent, Sp 81.8 percent, PPV 92 percent, Acc 74.41 percent. Conclusion: There are 6 CT scanner signs we suggest in our study to diagnose nephroblastoma, or = 5/6 signs (+) with Se 71.87 percent, Sp 81.8 percent, PPV 92 percent, Acc 74.41 percent in diagnosis of nephroblastoma.
