Internal audit plays role as an effective management tool, help to identify and remedy weaknesses in the management system of the enterprise. Managers always want to get the true, accurate and in time information on the status of their business activities in order to make the right decisions. This is an essential need for any enterprise in market economy. Through the assessment of the status of the internal audit activities at Bao Son Tourism and Construciton Investment Group Joint Stock Company, this paper proposed the solutions to improve the internal audit in group joint stock Company - is a fairly new type of enterprise and business in various fields.
