Population policy of each country must be phased objectives and specific solutions to achieve the objectives. In Vietnam, population education as well as population education - reproductive health is one of the top solutions. The article clarify the concept and the implementation of population policy in Vietnam. On the basis, it analyse specifically population education, population education - reproductive health program which is an indispensable solution in order to improve the population and reproductive health situation in Vietnam.
