Nasal myiasis is the growth of larval form of flies in the nasal cavity. In November 2012, the author found nasal myiasis on a male patient with nasal carcinoma at the Department of Otolaryngology, Thai Nguyen National General Hospital. This was a very rare condition, which caused psychological impact on the patient and attracted interests of people in the area.
