Digital identity is getting popular, so needs of building of identity management system helps the user to manage identity information and personal identity. However, the issue of roaming of identity information is not supported in most current popular identity management systems. In this paper, the authors present an identity management system with identity information stored on mobile devices. This system allows roaming identity information quickly and securely.
