Indigenous timber tree species of Hung King temple, Phu Tho province is high diversity in species composition, use value and especially conservation value. The result of research shown that there are 315 species belonging to 201 genera and 68 families have been recorded. The flora also has high economic value with 294 species, belong to 13 commodity groups. Of them, timber is the highest with 199 species, next is medicinal plant with 80 species and the last is starch with 4 species. The dominant families of indigenous timber tree in the research area such as Euphorbiaceae, Lauraceae, Moraceae, Caesalpiniaceae, Rutaceae, Meliaceae, Myrtaceae, Fabaceae, Sapindaceae and Anacardiaceae. A total of 37 plant species are threatened at national and intemationallevel. There are 27 species are listed in Vietnam Red Data Book (2007), 24 species listed in the IUCN Red list (2011) and 13 species in Decree 32/2006 of Vietnamese government.
