Being a country with a population of nearly 90 million people with 60 percent of whom are in the labor force, in terms of manpower, Vietnam is greatly advantaged, which could possibly boost its industrialization and modernization. However, in the current situation, the Vietnamese economy is still under developed, production remains small and narrow, failing to create enough jobs for all those at the working age. Therefore, sending labor abroad is considered a highly efficient strategic solution, and Vietnam's participation in the World Trade Organization (WTO) has opened up a great opportunity for the country's exporting of labor and experts.
