The study was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of intrapatrum care among mother with the age of children under 2 in the northem mountainous provinces and Central Highlands, 2006-2011. The results showed that after intervention, mothers knowledge's about medical staff who the best delivery increased, from 81.7 percent to 92 percent. Prevalence mothers' knowledge about or = 3 danger signs during labor increased from 5.7 percent to 28.1 percent after intervention with effective index 393 percent. After intervention, prevalence mothers was delivered in health facility increased high (from 73.4 percent to 80.8 percent). In conclusion: the intervention program to improved quality safe motherhood services had good results. Knowledge and practice intrapatrum care's improved after intervention.
