Objective: To assess the effects reducing intracranial pressure in the compression release surgery in patients with cerebral brain injuries severe. Material and method: A non competitive cross-section observational study in of the 32 consecutive patients undergoing emergent decompressive craniectomy for severe head injury in Neurosurgery Department, Saint-Paul Hospital between 2010-2011.
