Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of electrohydraulic lithotripsy in the treatment oj recurrent bile duct stones. Methods: Electrohydraulic lithotripsy for 108 patients with recurrent bile duct stones - tube Results: Complete clearance of stones by open surgery accounted for 77, 78. There was no serious complication and no mortality intralithotripsy and postlithotripsy. Conclusion: Electrohydraulic lithotripsy in the treatment of recurrent bile ductstones is highly effective and safe with minimum complication.
