The teacher is supposed to update himself/herself with knowledge of change in the curriculum, textbook, and new teaching methodology. Distant education is the feasible solution to the issue for those local teachers. Therefore, the implemetation of distant education at Hanoi National University of Education is aimed at improving the methodological competence of teachers at primary and secondary levels and educational managers.
