About treatment, GB ablation is in 20 cases of laparoscopy, laparotomy 11 and 15 turn from LC to DC. The results is 4,34 percent (2 cases) death. Complications and accidents is in laparoscopy 42 percent, in laparotomy 27 percent. Average hospital stay in post op 7,86 days. LC 7,20, DC 7,18, LC turn to DC 9,26 days. In acute GB in Switzerland, after Krahenbuki the rate of bile duct injury is 0.36. In case of the GB deformed due to chronic inflammatory, the rate is 3 percent. After Soderlund, the rate is 0,3 percent of section the bile duct during operation. The authors do not injure the bile duct until! now. The death cases is 2 (4,35 percent) in the work. So, in the cholecystectomy in LC, the rate of turn to DC is very high, the complictions and the accidents are higher than DC and the death is 4,34 percent (death rate in DC none). The day staying in hospital is the same in DC, but the wound is small and the day staying is reduced.
