This paper analyzes the necessity of a public-private partnership for investment in the construction project of road transport infrastructure.On the basis of analysis of the current law of the form of public private partnership, the authors have proposed a number of orientations and measures to improve the investment management and implementation of road infrastructure construction projects in the form of public-private partnership.
