IPP is a creativity and innovation partners program between Vietnam - Finland that was built by two government on a shared basis and apply the experience and knowledge on innovation, creativity. IPP program is efforts of two government to promote the development of innovative systems of Vietnam, thus contributing to the goal of bringing Vietnam into an industrialized country in the modern 2020, in which the intellectuals of the economy plays an important role.
