As mentioned in the research results from IMSAT, the methane gas bearing capacity of the coal seams at Khe Cham Coal Company is not high enough but has the potential for the risks of the methane gas explosion, causing difficulties in coal mining process. Therefore, the application of the gas drainage drilling technology to this Company is very essential. not only for increasing the labor safety but also for the sustainable development in the future.
