From December 2009 to April 2012, in the 1C Department of Viet Duc Hospital,authorshave performed 9 patients underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy with mesopancreas resection (5 women and 4 men). To evaluation these results of mesopancreas resection. Mean operative time is minutes, pancreatic fistula (n=0), bile leak (n=0), hemorrhage (n=1), no patients has relaparotomy. Pancreaticogastrostomy is safe procedure. Resection of mesopancreas in patients underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy is safe with low morbidity rates.
