The study is carried out with 75 patients with Chronic subdural hematomas treated surgeries at Thai Nguyen C hospital in two years (2009-2010). In the history of disease minor head trauma was common fact. Motor vehicle accident is the most common cause 41.33 percent. Groups of age over 60 accounts for 50.67 percent. Headache is an important symptom 92 percent. CT-Scan is a good method of diagnosis. Good recovery 96 percent, fair 4 percent, poor 0 percent. Conclusions: Chronic subdural hematomas is most seen in the aged. Surgical treatment is essential method. The operation technique is simple, effective. Making a burr-hole and irrigation, closed drainage is an option.
