Background: Sreats cancer and cervical cancer are the most common in female with the highest incidence in many countries in the world. Purpose: To report the general screening results for early detection of breast and cervical cancer in 7 cities or provinces. Materials and methods: Screening examination for 70,980 female ranging from 35 to 60 years-old in 8 cities or provinces for 3 years (2008-2010). Results and conclusions: In 70,980 females, there are 0.06 percent breast cancer (59.2/100,000 population): 21.4 percent stage I and 31.0 percent stage II
and 0.02 percent cervical cancer (19.9/100,000 population): 28.6 percent stage I and 21.4 percent stage II. Especially, 3.3 percent LSIL and 1.3 percent HSIL are found. These pre-malignant cervical lesions may cure so that prevent from cancer development.
