The 316L stainless steel (Ti/SS316L) was covered with titan film by cathode sputtering. Reseach morphological structure and composition of titanium film on 316L stainless steel by scanning electro microscopy combined with energy dispersive X-rays showed that the film has crystal structure and titanium content is 69.33 percent. The corosion survey results of Ti/SS316L materials in Ringer's lactate solution by open circuit potential, polaristation Tafel and electrochemical impedence measurement according to time showed that after 274 days immersion, Ti/SS316L materials is not corrosive, the open circuit potential is -170 m V/SCE, the current density is still 10 exponent -7 A/cm2 and the film resistance is 85 k ome.cm2.
