Severe epistaxis is one of the common ENT emergencies, a potentially life threatening condition and difficulty management. Objective: to evaluate the result of endoscopic surgery for severe epistaxis. Methods: 30 patients suffering from severe epistaxis treated with Endoscopic Sphenopalatine Artery Coagulation (EEAC). Descriptive prospective study. Results: The results showed that average age 47, male (60 percent) more than female (40 percent). Causes of epistaxis is hypertension (50 percent), idiopathic (40 percent) and coagulopathy (10 percent). EEAC was carried out bilaterally in 83.3 percent and unilaterally in 16.7 percent of patients. 93.23 percent had successful control of epistaxis. Conclusion: Endoscopic sphenopalatine artery coagulation is a minimally invasive technique, safeness and efficient method.
