This study was to describe clinical, morphological classification and evaluate the relationship between morphology and clinical symptoms of malformed septum. The results indicated that there was 61 patients, 62.3 percent male and 37.7 percent female. Group 16-30 years accounted for the highest (57.4 percent). Common clinical symptoms: Nasal obstruction 88.5 percent, headache 80.3 percent, 73.8 percent of allergy sneezing, sinusitis 23.0 percent, 9.8 percent less smell. Classification of morphological deformities: 39.3 percent crest, bowing of the speptun (C or S shape) 37.7 percent, spur 14.8 percent, 8.2 percent malformed coordinate. The position of deformities were low: 54.1 percent, high 36.1 percent and combination: 9.8 percent. According to the partition of Cottle, regions 4, 5 accounted for 77.1 percent, 1, 2, 3 account for 22.9 percent. Nasal congestion occurs in 100 percent patients with crest and spur septum, 100 percent headache occurs in spur and crest septum. In conclusions, in clinical symptoms most common the septum deformities were nasal obstruction and headache. Crest and bowing of the speptun septum cause symptoms nasal obstruction and headache in 100 percent of patients. Deform.ities region 1, 2, 3 was the main cause of nasal obstruction.
