Studying high-qualified training model for high school teacher staff is an urgent demand for Vietnam education particularly and the society generally aimed to meet education innovation process and development of the country. France is one of the countries has the most advanced education in the world and sucessfully reformed in education and teacher training. Therefore, studying teacher training procedure of France will bring precious experiences for innovating teacher training procedures in Vietnam.
