This is the first experimental model in Vietnam aims to enhance the opportunities and conditions for the students with disabilities to participate in inclusive junior school. A research Framework Models included four components testing which has contributed to alter and create the core values of the school. As the successfulness as well as achievements of the study. In 2011, the Ministry of Education and Training has continued to expand IE students model and focused on disabilities secondary school in the whole of Vietnam by using a loan from Asia Development Bank (ADB).
