This paper presents a model of lighting control system with energy saving. The lighting control system has capabilities of turning on/off and controlling the power of fluorescent lamp (with dimming electronic ballast) based on the usage from the central controller or from local controller. The advantages of this system are its capabilities to set up and monitor the values of illuminance by local device or far away - central controller. The advantages of this system are the high precision, immunity to noises, easy extention. The system is designed and manufactured in domestic so it has lower cost than the others from foreign countries.
