Sperm morphology is the main criteria for evaluating sperm function, morphology rarely changes in isolation but it is often in collaboration with the change of other parameters. Objectives: To find the relationship between morphological features of sperm with some sperm assessment parameters. Analysis of 164 semen samples under standard of Lab of tissue and embryo storage, Hanoi Medical University. Results: The proportion of sperm samples with higher normal sperm morphology, sperm concentration was also higher (p0.001), the number of mobile sperms moving quickly toward accounted for the higher rate (p0.001), the percentage of sperm was also higher (p0.05. There is a positive correlation with statistical significance between sperm morphology with sperm density. There was no association between sperm morphology and semen pH.
