In this article, the authors give a necessary and sufficient condition such that a mapping f is a semi-quotient wscc-mapping from a Frechet space X onto a space Y. Furthermore, the authors also give the condition for wscc-images of spaces with a point-countable base to have a point-countable k-network (wcs*-network).
