Background: Middle turbinate deformities can do more or less to affect nasal physiological functions and cause sinusitis. The purpose of this paper is (1) to Compare the diagnosis of middle turbinate deformities by using endoscopy with by using CT-scanner (2) to Describe the clinical features middle turbinate deformities concern the sinusitis pathology. Materials and method: A prospective case study from a series of 37 patients diagnosed Middle turbinate deformities. Results: There are 29 concha bullosa diagnosed by CT-scanner and 24 by using endocsopy. paradoxic middle turbinate were encovered, 1 bifid middle turbinate was detected though endoscopy. Osteomeatal complex obstruction diagnosed by using endoscopy 25/37 and by CT-scanner 29/37 of cases. Headache due to concha bullosa met in 7.4 percent and due to paradoxic middle turbinate in 10 percent patients. Maxillary sinusitis due to concha bullosa 19/29, due to paradoxic middle turbinate 1/12 . Ethmoidal sinusitis due to concha bullosa met 13/29 (44.48 percent), due to paradoxic middle turbinate 6/12 (50 percent) Frontal sinusitis due to concha bullosa met 3/29 (11.5 percent), due to paradoxic middle turbinate 1/12 (9.1 percent). Conclusion: In 37 patients, there are 29 concha bullosa, 7 paradoxic middle turbinate, I bifid middle turbinate lead to sinusitis.
