Psychological difficulties in the learning process of students in general and foreign students in particular are issues to be studied. Correct evaluation of psychological difficulties in learning of Laos students inonderto have a remedy that is significant in both theory and practice in education and training currently in Colleges and Universities. Research results on difficulties in the psychological study of Laos students study and providing appropriate measures aim to mitigate the difficulties in new learning environment.
