Thua Thien - Hue College of Education, is one of the first colleges in Vietnam which has applied this training mode and has had many innovations in training management in the implementation process over the last 3 years. However, it still faces difficulties during the process of implementation, therefore teachers' opinions for improving a suitable mechanism in training management are very needed to raise the training quality and to meet social requirements.
