Vinh Phuc province is a leading province in the country in terms of industrial development. In the province there are currently 10 active industrial zones and the need for skilled workers is very big. There are nearly 50 scho01s and vocational training institutions in the province, however, the need to improve the quality of vocational training in the vocational schools is urgent. To this end, the ability of teachers to teach must be improved. In this paper, the authors present a number of measures which could result in improved teaching ability of the teachers at the vocational schools in Vinh Phuc province.
