 This article focuses on analysing the strengths and limitations of the resource of young lecturers in Quang Trung University
  thereby, the author offers some measures aiming at building and developing the young staff with a view to create new power that meets the requirements of tertiary education innovation. The author hopes that these measures will contribute to solving important issues of size and training quality increase.
