The Pasteurella spp bacteria" were isolated from visceral samples which were collected in the buffalo and cattle with the symptom of Hemorrhagic Septicemia at Cao Bang and Ha Giang provinces. Indole production, and non-hydrogen sulfide-producing. The strains of Pasteurella spp bacteria isolated have a strong virulence factors, it was killed the mousse test within 8 to 48 hours after affected.
