Tea is much valuable plant. The study of the world about the benefits of drinking tea to human health in recent times, with the active promotion of the FAO on this issue has set a new look for the global tea. For tea importer in the world today, particularly developed countries, they are very interested in the safety of tea products. Therefore, the major tea producing countries in the world has focused on research to produce safe tea products, with high quality to increase competitiveness in the market. In Vietnam, tea is one of the key export sector. Overall, price of Vietnam's tea is often low, only 60-70 percent of world tea prices. There are many causes for low efficiency of tea production, but mainly because our tea products also revealed many shortcomings, such as: low quality products, tea products from many regions have not met the requirements on food hygiene and safety. Thai Nguyen tea products is also in the general situation of Vietnam tea. Therefore, to increase the selling prices, increased competitiveness and increase economic efficiency in production requires to produce safe tea products.
