This paper presents experimental results to examine the impact of some explosive conditions to the plastic deformation of bimetal steel CT.3 - alloy tool steel 65Mn due so that it also impact on weld quality. On that basis, select the correct size geometry sheet materials steel CT.3 and steel 65Mn ensure outstanding mechanical quality suitable for the manufacture of industrial cutting tools, monolithic with the length (less than 2000 mm) to the finished product in terms of equipment manufacturing industry is in Vietnam. There is also mentioned about some features of metal structures neas the border of two material layer after explosive welding, demonstrates the ability to produce the industrial tools working under the load without significant impact, for example, thin cutting knife, paper cutting knives.
