A cross-sectional study was conducted at National Hospital of Dermatology in 2012. A total of 62 patients were interviewed in order to assess the effect of Pemphigus on patients' quality of life. This study showed that 65 percent of the patients had symptoms such as sticking, ache, itch. 90 percent supposed that Pemphigus had many effects on their daily life, shopping or housework for instances. 89 percent thought that Pemphigus affected patients' costume so much. 70.5 percent of the patients assumed that their life activities such as exercises and sports got much influenced. 79 percent of the patients said it changed their work and study while 79 percent said they were kept away and discriminated against by their relatives and family. 100 percent of the patients revealed that it had bad impacts on their sex life with different levels: 33 percent got complex feeling, 41.5 percent were shy and 25.5 percent got reduced interest when having sexual activity. Pemphigus treatment took time, cost a lot of money, and the disease had bad effects on family members, changed patients' daily activities with respective proportion of 92.5 percent, 90.0 percent, 80.0 percent and 98.7 percent.
