Stem cuttings of black pepper treated by Pseudomonas biological product did not have difference in percentage of shoot appearance in comparison to control. However, positive effects of Pseudomonas biological product are recorded on stem cuttings of black pepper after 75 to 90 days of growing. On average, the treatment of stem cuttings using Pseudomonas biological product has 4.93 leaves and reach 170.33 - 202.67 mm in shoot height while those figures of the control are 4.00 leaves and 34.40 - 155.13 mm respectively. Moreover, roots of the treated objects gain better development with 5.87 in number, 245.50 mm averagely in length and 252.30 mm for the longest root. The percentage of alive stem cuttings after 90 days of growing was 95.34 percent while that of the control was 83.33 percent. Although growing stem cuttings treated with Pseudomonas requires higher investment than the control (273.580 million VND/ha compared to 260.980 million VND/ha), it is more economic regarding VCR index = 15.96.
