 Purposes: To assess the influence of anesthesia duration on the residual neuromuscular block of vecuronium. Methods: 199 patients were anaesthetized with fentanyl
  propofol
  isoflurane and vecuronium. Postoperative residual neuromuscular block was monitored continuously by TOF-WATCH. To determine a coefficient of correlation (r) and odds ratio (OR) between TOF ratio and anesthesia duration in postoperative period. Results: There was an opposite correlation between TOF ratio and anesthesia duration (r=0,638, p0,01)
