This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the cryopreservation of epididymal sperm from azoospermic patients at IVF Centre Military Medical University. In this study, 32 Percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration procedures were performed in 32 azoospermic men. After that, epididymal sperm samples were cryopresered. The results showed that the sperm vitality rate and sperm motility rate after cryopreservation had a statistically significant reduction (51 percent vs 31.8 percent and 23.4 percent vs 10.5 percent). CSF index was 46.4 percent. The normal morphology rate of sperm does not change (6.5 percent vs 5.9 percent). After in vitro culture, the sperm motility rate increased (3.3 percent on the first day) and (4.4 percent on the second day).
