 There are several unclear issues on the interaction and effect of HF radiation living body. The interaction between the microwave and the soft material is determined by the quantum behavior of the HF photon beam and the concerning functional centers of the soft material. Assuming each functional center has one active electron and under the HF action this electron absorbs a photon and translates to the excited state, so the number of the functional centers to be influence is N* = N12 - nwd - n2 (u, T) that strongly depends on the HF photon density in the sample. This inter:action process can lead to the thermal and/or nonthermal effects of the micro in soft materials. Having systematically studied and applied these effects in medical therapy. With the average doses: a) frequency: WE: 2450 MHz, power P = 20 + 30 W and treatment duration t = 10 + 30 minutes
  or b) WE: 915 MHz, P = 40 + 60 Wand t = 20 + 40 minutes, the thermal effect increases the temperature of the tissue to 40 - 42oC resulting in the enhancement of blood circulation, metabolism and inflammation against capability. A high dose such as WE: 2450MHz, P = 30 +40 Wand t = 30 + 40 minutes causes a raise of temperature to 42 - 45oC which shrinks and blocks blood vessels, resulting in gangrene of the local tissue. This dose is used effectively in cancer treatment. However, prolong using such doses will cause negative effects to occur like change of the vessels and functional disorder of the nervous system and blood. Therefore, it is of great importance to perform systematically and thoroughly study of the bio-effects of the micro ware on the living tissues in order to find out the appropriate doses and method preventing the harms.
