Nasal polyps were first reported approximately 4,000 years ago. Relapses of nasal polyps after surgery treatment are very common. 92 cases of recurrent nasal polyp were studied and analysed the causes, relevant elements lead to relapses of nasal polyps. Relapses of nasal polyps after surgery treatment due to before surgery sequella were most popular. Asthma are at rist for the development of recurrences nasal polyps. Allergy is advantage element for the development of recurrences nasal polyps. Objective: The aims of this study are to analyse the causes, relevant elements lead to recurrent nasal polyps after surgery treament. Method: 92 patients with recurrent nasal polyps were studied by prospective and descriptive study. Result: Allergy and recurrent nasal polyps estimated 42.4 percent. Asthma and recurrent nasal polyps estimated 4.3 percent. GERD and recurrent nasal polyps estimated 15.2 percent. Disease term up to 20 years were most popular. Obstruction between ostium and meatus medius estimated 94.6 percent. Conclusions: Relapses of nasal polyps after surgery treatment due to before surgery sequella were most popular.
