Objective: description clinical and radiography of posterior fossa epidural hematoma and result treatment. Material and method: Prospective study on 23 patients who evaluated diagnosis posterior fossa epidural hematoma and treatment in Viet Duc Hospital. Results: 52.5 percent gone to hospital with Glasgow coma scale 15 score, heache (69.6 percent), vomit (47.8 percent), hematoma under occipital scalp (65.2 percent). Computer tomography emergency can early evaluated diagnosis, and decide to operation or observation. Majors treatment is surgery to remove hematoma and stop bleeding (91.3 percent). Conclusion: Clinical of posterior fossa epidural hematoma is unspecific, it's evocative cranial traumatime with any clinical sign, and take computer topography to early diagnosis.
