Background: Rectal cancer is a common disease. The quantity of rectal cancer patients is increasing. Surgical treatment is the main treatment. Aims: To evaluate the value of technics of laparoscopic assisted colorectal excision for cololorectal cancers. Results: There are 82 patients with mean age was 55.4 + or- 12.7, the rate of malelfemale was 1/1.34. There are 8 of 82 patients (9.7 percent) had complications during surgery and early postoperative complications was 9/82 patients (representing 10.9 percent). There is no surgical mortality, 26/82 patients (31.7 percent) had Ty sphincter conservation success. The mean hospital stay was 8.5 +2.3 days. Conclusion: Laparoscopy surgery is effectively and safety on low rectal cancer.
