The study aim to describe clinical feature, laboraories of Tuberculosis Meningitis in children. Objects: 30 patients sufferred from Tuberculous Meningitis at NHP from 1 July, 2011 to 31 June, 2013 were investigated. Main results are: The most common age of the patients is under 3 year of age (77 percent). History of close contacted with people who was diagnosised of TB is 43 percent. Clinical feature: prolong fever (96,67 percent), meningis syndroom (90,0 percent), hypertonic (76,67 percent), moist rale (73,33 percent). Laboratories: leucocytosis: 66,7 percent
CRP elevated in the blood is: 83,3 percent, hyponatremia: 80 percent. PCR for TB in CSF positive was 60 percent. Hight protein concentration in CSF was 86,7 percent. Conclusion: Under 3 years is the most common age of M.Tuberculous meningitis. The disease have no specific signs. Prolong fever, meningis syndroom is highest. HypoNatremia is significan.
