Background: Middle turbinate deformities can do more or less to affect nasal physiological functions and cause sinusitis. The purpose of this paper is to describe the clinical features Middle turbinate deformities in the sinusitis pathology. Materials and method: A prospective study from a series of 37 patients diagnosed Middle turbinate deformities. Results: Rate seen in women 26/37 (70.3 percent) more than men 11/37 (29.7 percent), age average in man is 36-45 (4/11) and in women is 46-60. There are 29 concha bullosa, 7 paradoxic middle turbinate, 1 bifid middle turbinate. Rhinorrhea 37 (100 percent), headache met 31 (83.8 percent), Nasal obstruction 30 (81.1 percent), sneezing 25 (67.6 percent), hyposmia 17 (54.1 percent). Concha bullosa simple 28/29 cases accounting for 96.5 percent, concha bullosa com plex in 1/29 (4.5 percent). paradoxic middle turbinate simple are 6/7 cases (87.5 percent), and complex is (12.5 percent). bifid middle turbinate in 1 patient. Middle turbinate deformities are little book together. Conclusion: .In 37 patients, There are 29 concha bullosa, 7 paradoxic middle turbinate, 1 bifid middle turbinate.
