Prognostic of the cancer is based TNM (clinical, CT, anatomo-histopathologics). Ojective : The study of the clinical of the cancer naso-sinusal. Materials and Methods: Case study of 32 patients operateds at Hospital ENT Central (2011-2012). Diagnostic clinical, CT scan, anatomo-histopathologics. Results and discussions: average age ( 57 + or - 11.2). The famous (68.7 percent). Smoking (68.7 percent) . Obstructions nasal (100 percent). Iniltration nasal (84.4 percent). Forms vegetable growth (75 percent). Deformation of maxillary (21.8 percent), The symptoms of eyes ( 18.7 percent). The symptoms of the face-maxillary (28.0 percent). Headeach (34.4 percent). The palsy of maxillary (31.2 percent). Conclusion: The Forms vegetable growth 75 percent. S III: 87.5 percent, S IV 12.5 percent.
