Hypopharyngeal cancers involve a tumor that is relatively more silent than other head and neck cancer tumors. Objective: Describe the clinical and CT scan features. Materials and method: A prospective study from a series of 62 patients are diagnosed of the Hypopharyngeal cancers and have operated. Results and discusion: The time between initial symptom and dianogsis is one to six months 79 percent. Symptoms: dysphagia 100 percent, hoarseness 35.5 percent, otalgia 17.7 percent, laryngeal stridor 14.5 percent, metastasis the lymph node in the neck 43.5 percent. The sit initial of the pyriform sinus 91.9 percent. Conclusion: The form ulcerlarative and infiltrate 67.7 percent, the SCC 100 percent.
