Objectives: Describe clinical characteristics of some nasopharyneal diseases in older childen and adults. Subjects: 65 patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal diseases in the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital and the Thai Nguyen General Hospital, from 1/2011 to 11/2012. Methods: Descriptive study. Results and conclusions: The disease occurs in all ages (mean age 30.75) and rural areas were more urban. Poverty systemic symptoms (78.5 percent). Main synmtoms are: throat problems (58.5 percent), tinnitus (53.8 percent) and nasal obstruction (38.5 percent), inflammatory adErzoids (46.2 percent), inflammatory and necrosis adenoids (3.1 percent), cold abscess nasopharynx (12.3 percent), nasopharyngeal cysts (6.2 percent), nasopharyngeal carcinoma (9.2 percent), juvenile angiofibroma for at least surround (1.5 percent). Therefore, the examination must examine ENT endoscopy to avoid missing the diseases.
