Pediatric sinusitis is common disease at children. Clinical essential symptoms are nasal discharges (100 percent), nasal obtraction (100 percent), headache (64.5 percent). The most frequente Endoscopic symptoms are purulent discharge at middle meatus. The continutial cough associate with posterior purulent nasal discharge is also common of chronic sinusitis at children.
