Non Hodgkin Lymphomas (NHLs) are composed by a range of pathology caused by the malignant proliferation of lympho' s organs. Objective:the study of the clinicalsand endoscope of NHL of the sinusonasal. Materials and methods: Descriptive, prospective study in 46 patients was diagnosed with NHLs. Results: average age (43.7 years). The syndrome B (21.7 percent). Obstructions nasal (71.7 percent), epistaxis (58.7 percent), pain (52.2 percent). Tumors of on oneside(78.3 percent), and binasals (19.6 percent). Forms vegetable growth (56.6 percent). Ulcer and iniltration (30.4 percent), mixed (13 percent). Deformation of maxillary (26.1 percent)
eye (15.2 percent). Caseation of palate (6.5 percent)
nodule (8.7). Conlusion: The symptoms of NHLs: syndrome B (21.7 percent), forms vegetable growth (56.6 percent).
